By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

Epicpro is an authorized dealer of bikes and cycling equipment from manufacturers including Specialized, Pinarello, Cervélo, Trek, Cannondale, Scott, and others. We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, specifications, and pricing accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device's display will reflect these exactly, and minor variations between a listing and the product you receive may occur. All brand names, trademarks, and logos referenced on this Site are the property of their respective manufacturers. Epicpro is an authorized dealer of these products; unless explicitly stated, Epicpro is not the manufacturer and is not otherwise affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers beyond that dealer relationship.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order ships and will notify you before charging any corrected amount. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Orders are processed through our secure third-party payment provider; we do not have access to your full card details.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment, in which case we will issue a full refund.

6. Returns, Shipping & Warranty

Warranty coverage for products sold on this Site is provided by the original manufacturer of the product, not by Epicpro, except where otherwise stated.

All original content on the Site — including text, graphics, and site design — is the property of Epicpro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Product names, images, and trademarks belonging to the manufacturers we carry remain the property of those manufacturers.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation or security, to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epicpro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase, assembly, or use of our products. All bikes must be assembled, fitted, and maintained according to the included manufacturer instructions before riding. Cycling carries inherent risk of injury; riders are responsible for wearing appropriate safety equipment and riding within their ability. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Epicpro harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
