Warranty Policy

1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

The bikes sold on Epicpro are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty (Specialized, Pinarello, Cervélo, Trek, Cannondale, Scott, and others, depending on the product) — not a warranty issued by Epicpro directly. Coverage terms, duration, and what's included vary by brand and model. Check your product's documentation or contact us for the exact manufacturer warranty terms that apply to your purchase.

2. How We Help

You don't have to deal with the manufacturer alone. Contact us first — email support@epicpro.shop or call 806-544-2923 with your order number, model name, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll help you determine what's covered and, where possible, handle the claim on your behalf or connect you directly with the manufacturer's warranty department.

3. What's Typically Covered

Most manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship (such as frame defects) under normal use for a set period from the date of purchase. Exact coverage, duration, and terms are set by each manufacturer, not Epicpro.

4. What's Typically Not Covered

Manufacturer warranties generally exclude normal wear items (tires, brake pads, chains, cables, bar tape), damage from crashes or misuse, damage from improper assembly or maintenance, and use outside the bike's intended riding style.

5. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (your Epicpro order confirmation) is required to process any warranty claim. We recommend keeping your order confirmation email for this purpose.

6. Filing a Warranty Claim

Contact us before taking any other action — email support@epicpro.shop or call 806-544-2923 with your order number, model name, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll confirm next steps within 2 business days.
