This policy explains how warranty coverage works for products purchased from Epicpro and how we help you through a claim.

1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Bikes and equipment sold on Epicpro are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty — not a warranty issued by Epicpro directly. Coverage terms, durations, and conditions vary by brand and model; many manufacturers offer limited lifetime frame warranties and one-to-two-year coverage on components. Registering your bike with the manufacturer after delivery is often required to activate full coverage, and we strongly recommend doing so.

2. How We Help

As an authorized dealer, we act as your advocate with the manufacturer. If you believe you have a warranty issue, contact us first:

We will review the claim, coordinate with the manufacturer, and arrange the approved remedy.

3. What Is Typically Covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal riding conditions
  • Frame and fork structural failures not caused by impact or misuse
  • Component manufacturing defects, per each brand’s terms

4. What Is Typically Not Covered

  • Normal wear items — tires, tubes, brake pads, rotors, chains, cassettes, cables, grips, and saddles
  • Damage from crashes, impacts, abuse, neglect, or stunt riding
  • Damage from improper assembly, adjustment, or maintenance (we recommend professional assembly — see our Shipping Policy)
  • Corrosion, cosmetic wear, paint fading, or damage from weather exposure
  • Modifications or installation of non-original parts that affect the frame or components
  • Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers

5. Proof of Purchase

Your Epicpro order confirmation serves as proof of purchase and is required for any warranty claim. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is generally not transferable.

6. Remedies

If a claim is approved, the remedy — repair, replacement of the part or frame, or in rare cases a refund — is determined by the manufacturer under its warranty terms. Labor and shipping costs associated with warranty work may or may not be covered, depending on the brand’s policy; we will confirm the details with you before any work is done.

7. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epicpro makes no warranties of its own beyond the manufacturer warranties described above and disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable state law.
