Epicpro is an authorized dealer of bikes and cycling equipment from manufacturers including Specialized, Pinarello, Cervélo, Trek, Cannondale, Scott, and others. All brand names, trademarks, and logos referenced on this Site are the property of their respective manufacturers and are used for identification purposes only.
3. Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, specifications, and stock levels, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an item you ordered, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We may limit quantities and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or resale abuse.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we ship the item and send your shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment, in which case any payment captured will be refunded in full.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epicpro’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or personal injury arising from improper assembly, maintenance, or use of a bicycle. Cycling carries inherent risks; always ride with a helmet and appropriate safety equipment.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epicpro from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Epicpro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
